Terms of Use

GeoClash is a mobile game offering geography questions, real-time duels, leaderboards and in-game rewards. We develop the app continuously and may change, add or remove features.

The game is suitable for all ages. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian, and that permission must be in place before you make any in-app purchase.

No email address or password is needed; the game runs on a guest account created on your device. Keeping your recovery code safe is your responsibility — it is what lets you reach your account from another device. If you share the code, you also share all progress and purchases on that account.

Your username is visible to other players. We may change usernames that are abusive, misleading or infringe someone else's rights, without prior notice.

In-game currency, power-ups (50/50, hint, extra time, skip) and similar items are a limited, non-transferable licence to use them inside GeoClash.

These items have no monetary value in the real world: they cannot be converted into cash, moved out of your account, sold or inherited. Unused items are not refundable, and if your account is closed they expire without any compensation.

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms of sale. You are charged through your Apple Account at the moment you confirm the purchase.

Refund requests are assessed by Apple and must be raised with Apple directly. If a technical fault meant your purchase was never granted, write to [email protected] and we will fix it at no cost.

When using the game, you agree not to:

If we find a breach of these terms, we may temporarily suspend your account, remove you from leaderboards, revoke unfairly obtained items, or in serious and repeated cases close the account permanently. We aim to be proportionate and, where possible, warn you first.

If you believe a decision was wrong, you can appeal by writing to [email protected]; we review every appeal.

You can also close your account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account.

The GeoClash name, logo, characters, artwork, sound and music, question content and software are owned by or licensed to Senyo Labs. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes; all other rights are reserved.

You may share screenshots and video recordings from the game on your own channels, provided you credit the source.

The free version is supported by ads. Ad content belongs to the advertisers; we are not responsible for that content or the sites it links to. You can remove ads by buying the "Ad-free" item.

The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run uninterrupted, be free of errors, or that the servers will always be reachable. We may pause the service temporarily for maintenance, updates or technical necessity.

If we ever decide to shut the game down, we will announce it inside the app as early as possible and at least 30 days in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.

This limitation does not affect any consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will tell you inside the app; continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you can always rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
